“I am really pleased with the quality of the products bought. It was a shame that I had to chase the order and then again for the free gift but to be fair Farley's were very responsive in reacting to my concerns.”

“I've given a 'good' review as the Brax Jeans are really good quality and cut. However, I did have to chase for a delivery date after not receiving the item and it was miraculously delivered in two days!”

“Beautiful boots. I am sure I will be wearing them for many years. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is Royal Mail. Please don't use them. They said there was a failed delivery and we hadn't been out all day. I have noticed a trend with RM. Please use another courier and you will get 5 stars next time!”

“Purchasing experience on the website was good. Notwithstanding the website advertised dispatch within 3-5 working days, I would have expected better. My boots must have been dispatched on the 5th working day after my order and unfortunately were too late arriving for when I had needed them.”

“Excellent service other than returns policy and no exchange opportunity. I returned an item as it was too long. It was a gift so rather than risk re ordering and the possibility of another return, I have now bought rom a retailer where I could simply take it back or exchange it, should it be unsuitable.”

“Ordered Chicago and Oslo trousers for my husband. Chicago good fit, but the Oslo cut was not suitable and needs to be returned. Unfortunately there was no return slip in the package and I've not had a reply to my recent email yet requesting one to be sent to me. So you lost a star. Please reply soon!”
