Very good service and great communication once the order was ready to ship. However the order took longer to ship and arrive than I had expected. If the speed of the order processing could be improved then the system would be excellent.

Ordered a golf bag on the 28th June, 2 to 5 day delivery. After fake DPD attempts over 7 days (they come to me at least twice a day) I cancelled the order. Emailed farley a number of times with responses coming 24 later. Glad I dont run my business like this.

We’ve looked into this and can confirm that the delivery issues were genuine and caused by the delivery address provided at checkout not including the company name. Unfortunately, this meant DPD were unable to complete the delivery despite multiple attempts. Great to be able to get Yeti products with some discount! Lost a star as my item arrived in 6 working days when it stated 2-5 working days. Customer service responded within 24 hours when I had a question. Overall very happy and will use again.

I made a purchase on May 19. I still do not have the order. No one informed me products were out of stock. Multiple follow-ups. Do not feel I was given honest answers or my concerns taken seriously. I will not be placing any further orders in the future. Very disappointed.

Having Purchased a pair of Meyer Roma Trousers 5070 Fine Cotton Chinos in Grey Meyer trousers are always made from the best materials and second to none fit. I wear only Meyer Roma trousers. Also the the customer service with Farley is excellent

No issues at all. Ordered a Yeti 35l back pack and arrived in 6 working days. 10% discount was appreciated too! One star lost as it did didn’t quite make the 5 working days delivery as stated.
