“I have been a loyal customer of Farley Country Attire, and with good reason. Over the years I have purchased four pairs of boots and a pair of shoes from them, And every single pair has been fantastic. The quality is second to none and they always exceeded my expectations. Most recently my order was delayed as they awaited fresh stock. Not only did Farley keep me informed every step of the way, but they also included a complimentary protective shoe cream as a goodwill gesture. When the order arrived this level of attentive, considerate service is rare to find. Farley Country Attire, truly sets the standard in quality and customer care. I wouldn’t shop anywhere else for my boots! Thank you Mandy Wright”

“I purchased a pair of boots and a few days later was contacted by customer service who informed me that they were not in stock but they could get them from the warehouse. This could take 2-4 weeks in total and I was kindly offered a refund. I waited for the boots and they are fabulous and great customer service by the team to keep me updated and a gesture of goodwill to. Would recommend in future”

“Very disappointed with the boots and the company as they appear to be seconds with faulty stitching. Despite me contacting A Farley they will not provide me with a free postage returns label of which they should. Won’t be buying from this company again Janet”

“Been shopping for years with a farley , I'll be shopping for years more , my wardrobe is full of stuff from here , clothes and shoes , won't be long before I'm ordering something again , I love it , the only problem is these days delivery drivers just dump parcels on your doorstep, I've been lucky up to now”
