“A defect with the product was not dealt with in a particularly professional manner. After exchanging the product I received one with exactly the same defect and no reply to my email just a returns label - need to work on customer service!”

“Meyer the Brand speaks for itself. Utterly reliable and good quality ...if quite expensive. However, we felt the delivery was quite slow owing to the fact that it came from inside the UK!”

“Placed an order for boots on Monday and received confirmation and also received notification through SHOP app. Was expecting delivery within 2-5 days and got a little concerned when no dispatch notification has been received by Thursday. Phoned and spoke to someone in customer service who was really helpful. I requested if possible boots could be delivered on Monday as I wasnt going to be in to take delivery after then. They promised to try and boots were delivers as requested on the Monday. Excellent service and the boots are fantastic 🌟”

“Ordered le chameau welllies. First problem, order was uk 6 but actually when arrived was uk 6.5. These wellies are supposed to be amazing. Genuinely would not have ever spent £230 on these rubbish wellies. They are barely adequate. My partner loves hers but why does a mens fit expect me to weigh 18 stone at 5’8” for calves to fit! Wish I could send them back, they’re rubbish!”
