Product is very good and very pleased that there is a range of leg length as so many trousers are too long. Delivery was lengthy, when you are spending this amount of money on a small package, one would assume faster delivery.

Easy to shop, delivery took longer than expected. Returns another story. Can speak to AI but not always helpful, am waiting for directions on returning items which has not been straightforward, also cost to return £8.00! Would actually put me off shopping there in future!

The return charge is in place because we use DPD, a premium courier, which covers the cost of insurance in case anything were to get lost in transit. This is designed to protect you and ensure your items are safely returned to us. Product is perfect! Although delivery took some time, I was quickly emailed back being reassured that it was on the way as well as then an apology email which I much appreciated.

Boots were a bit wider than expected, but i can add a really cosy insole and wear thick socks for extra warmth..plus makes it really easy to get on and off..they look and feel amazingly soft and comfortable...I'm sure i won't have to break them in...bought for walking my two dogs in all weathers

Ordered two t shirts a pair of boots and socks 27th of August, after two weeks I had heard and received nothing, got in touch and was told that an item in my order was out of stock so they would send the rest of my order which they did, but they promised the out of stock item by 17/9/25 and still nothing. First time ordering with this company and unfortunately it is my last - not even an offer of a discount/partial refund for the inconvenience and still no date on when my item will arrive, very poor service.

Boots great, delivery awful! They were just dumped in my pathway, no knock or rung in the door, only found them when I went out. Too expensive a purchase to lose.

Very poor. Still waiting 1 week later fire an item ordered for next day delivery. Your support desk is not manned at weekends or until 1030 weekdays. Only 1 person on the desk. I was promised a call back this afternoon following investigation; that has not happened.

Great product fair price. Had to chase for update although they said they had emailed me which I could not find. Advised stock was due in and then it was a prompt efficient delivery.

Don't be tempted, shop elsewhere. AF are a marketing company, and know nothing of retail customer service. They did not despatch, or deliver my order. No direct contact regarding delay. They don't pick up their phone or reply emails. Had to open a dispute with my card company to get a refund. Order 191961

Recently ordered some shoe, I was rung by a customer service agent as they had run out of the colour I had ordered, she soon altered the order for me and the shoes arrived and I'm over the moon with them. Thanks for a great service.
