“Great service and when one item wasn’t available on my order the effort was made to call not email with a suitable resolution. Delivery arrived promptly after 48hrs. Thoroughly recommend shopping with Farley Country Attire.”

“I ordered a pair of trousers which arrived very quickly, unfortunately they were the wrong size. I phoned Farley expecting a rather frosty conversation but the person I spoke to was very friendly - helpfully explaining the returns process; I am rather old with zero grasp of technology. Had the order gone without hitch I would not have given it another thought but because of Farleys kindness in dealing with the return I will certainly now look to them next time I need any new clothes.”

“I would never use this company again. I was let down with the delivery of an expensive pair of Barker shoes which I had ordered for my husband to wear at our son's wedding. Despite phoning 5/6 times and being given several assurances that my order had been sent, was on its way and would 100% be with me on time it didn't arrive. The wedding has been and gone and still no shoes!”

“The length of time needed by A Farley for preparing an order for shipping was excessive and in my case was nearly a week. In the days of Amazon and next day delivery this is not acceptable for on line shopping.”

“I was excited to buy Ariat zip up boots, however they arrived with the zip stick on one of the boots and the zip didn’t seem particularly of good quality. If it failed mid walking holiday it would be a disaster.”
