“Great item really happy, the lack of communication has put me off purchasing again, when I emailed to chase the order just said it was 2-5 days delivery and couldn’t tell me a rough idea of dispatch date, after 5 days I received the dispatch notice ( this was over a weekend) but no information otherwise”

“Our local country shop / supplier was unable to source / supply the shirt we purchased in my size. After making a note of the garment name and colour plus a short telephone call to A Farley Country Attire we ordered the shirt. Hey presto, less than 24 hours later the shirt in question was delivered. Excellent customer service, we will use A Farley again. Thank you.”

“Strong, comfortable yard boots, but slightly somewhere water has got in to wet my socks. I wanted 100% all over waterproof tight shoes”

“The item arrived promptly but was not of the quality or size required so has to be returned. There was no return instruction or code with the item,unlike its replacement from another supplier, so I had to use the Bot to request a return label which it promised to email me. It has not arrived yet and I am still unable to return the item until I recieve it. Not satisfactory.”
