“I purchased a couple of items in the sale which were very well priced. I had a small issue when trying to apply further discount codes but Livvy responded to my email very quickly and the matter was easily resolved. First class customer service and my purchases also arrived quickly. Happy to recommend.”

“I ordered some boots and they took longer than promised to arrive. I then enquired about ordering replacement but the response took so long that I ordered from Amazon in the meantime. But a positive side is the customer care recieved after complaining”
