“Parcel was delivered to a different address. Photo on delivery tracking showed someone else’s gate and bin. I’m £380 out of pocket and no items to show for it. They won’t refund me or re send items as they have to start a claim with Royal Mail 10 days after delivery. This is between them and Royal Mail, nothing to do with me and I want my money back!”

“Paid for express delivery for £4.95 which didn’t happen A frustrating as paid the extra to secure boots for a trip. Ordered Thurs - hoping for Tuesday - Delivered Thursday so over the 2-5 day lead time Disappointing Wife ordered the same boots via Amazon received next day - should have done the same No response from A Farley”

“The Harkila seat covers are very good and fit the Toyota well, they were the same price as everywhere else but when you use your loyalty points they come in a lot cheaper.”

“Returning customer to this website, order was easy to place, customer service were helpful regarding combining loyalty points as I hadn’t realised that you could do them as one voucher and not actually as individual combined vouchers, the loyalty points is a nice bonus, item arrived well packaged, delivery was a little slow but ordered early as a Christmas present so had plenty of time to allow for this. Hoping my partner likes this.”
