Efficient on line ordering system, with confirmation email. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is the 'radio silence' for over a week after placing my order. I had to phone to see what was going on. Would be better to email customers to let them know what was going on.

I purchased a polo shirt and had to pay £4:50 shipping. I don’t object to the cost of shipping but for so much and as it was with DPD I expect it next day not having wait 7 business days. I needed the shirt so phoned up and asked to pay more to expedite the delivered and was told this wasn’t a service offered once the order had been made but they would try and get it through as a priority (I’m sure someone tried but it never happened). Generally good service but deliveries need a little attention to bring them upto what other companies offer

Shocking service if I could give one star I would. Would never recommend this company. Brought yeti cooler took 9 days to arrive when website said next day delivery Sent completely the wrong item chased and returned order after numerous ignored emails. Ordered to use for event 20 days after purchasing so plenty of time to receive and do not have the item for event. After chasing again, refund issued. Fully understand mistakes happen and I allowed time to be rectified but the complete lack of communication when they have nearly £400 of my money is not acceptable.

I bought a pair of deck shoes after reviewing the order a day later I realised I had ordered the wrong size called customer service and the size was changed for me very polite and efficient could not have been bettered

Ordered some Ariat boots as a birthday present a week before I needed them . My order was confirmed and emailed to say delivery would be confirmed. A few days later had an email that the boots had sold out and I would have to wait for 2 weeks and as an apology I would have my delivery refunded. My delivery was free as boots were over £100. The communication from customer service was sporadic, and they offered me a complimentary gift . My boots arrived 2 weeks later without the complimentary gift , so another email sent . My gift was a water bottle!

I ordered a pair of full zip le chameau in size 42 but found they was larger than my old boots 42 . So ordered a 41 which fit perfectly and are so comfortable. I sent the 42s back using a dpd drop off point. The whole process was straightforward and call customer support a few times they were most helpful and friendly. Would recommend them and purchase from them again

The buckle we received is very well made but unfortunately we ordered the gold & silver version but we received the silver buckle . We emailed the company but are still awaiting a reply . So hopefully we will get the matter resolved soon

Ordered the Mayer mens shorts.. My first order with A Farley but it will not be my list.Very smooth order process, regular information on order status and item received three days after ordering. Great to deal with and goods arrived within an acceptable timescale. My only issue was the lack of packaging for a pair of trousers costing almost £150. In fact there was no additional packaging other than the DPD bag which to my mind was unacceptable. The trousers were quite creased.
