“The wrong item was sent to me. Although I was told a DPD label would be sent ,it wasn't. To bring matters to an end I decided to keep the original pair. Not a great example of customer service although apologies were offered.”

“Definitely five star service and product. Last Le Chameau wellington boots lasted over 20 years and still waterproof! New pair look like they will last me next 20 years (probably longer than me !!)”

“The shirt that was received okay and I received a credit quickly for the one that was not delivered. Surprisingly the amount that went back to my credit card the same day as agreed in conversatioin the particular amount of £62.10 stands to the credit on my account and can be clearly seen but has not as yet been calulated off my balance which is technically incorrect with my creditcard company .I will leave for a few days and take it up with them .
