“I have ordered 2 items from you recently. These were my first orders with your company. I live in Jersey in the Channel Islands. I was supposed to receive my first item within 4 working days but it took 13 days and I had to phone up to confirm that it had been sent as I had received no dispatch confirmation. I have received no dispatch notification for the second item but plenty of other emails from the company. I ordered my second item on 23rd July and it still hasn’t arrived. I have paid £14.95 for premium delivery on both occasions (no other option) so I am not very impressed. The first item and the price were fine but I object to paying for premium delivery which is already extortionate and not receiving my order promptly.”
