“Just bought the Bambu H2D after a visit to Additive-X to see first hand and I followed up with lots of email Q's and Ben was brilliant... very helpful. I've also bought many spools of filament from Additive-X with great service. As a newbie to 3D printing I am grateful to Additive-X and the follow-up and service they provide”

“Collected from Additive x as they are only 39 miles away from me and I was buying a large printer (Bambu H2C), they had stock and I collected the same day - very very fast, the staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. I will certainly buy from them again and have no hesitation in recommending this highly professional company to all. Thank you Additive X”

“Excellent service, I ordered two items (one was a pre-order and one I needed in a hurry). After placing the order, I gave them a call, and they agreed to split the order and dispatch the stock item immediately. And, although still waiting for the pre-order, I am very pleased.”

“Excellent company. I had never heard of them. Google search for a Bambu A1 took me to them and I'm glad it did. Delivery was fast. The site said up to 48 hours. It was delivered next day. Packaging was solid. Despite a small tear in the box, probably done in the delivery van, everything inside was safe and undamaged. Postage was free - even Bambu Lab charge £20 for delivery. They provided some PDF's on how to assemble and get the machine going. I already have an A1, but for first time buyers it must be a big help. The machine was up and running within half an hour, and has been running perfectly ever since. I am a happy customer. If you give them a chance, I think you will be too.”

“They had the printer I needed in stock. Seeing as I wasn’t too far away, I thought it safer to collect it myself rather than risk it banging around in the back of a white van. On arrival the printer was sat waiting for me and a chap gave me a lift into the back of the car as the printer was extremely heavy. Seem to be a good company with what looked like a lot of stock from what I could see in the warehouse. Excellent, but a brew would have been nice.”
