“Collected from Additive x as they are only 39 miles away from me and I was buying a large printer (Bambu H2C), they had stock and I collected the same day - very very fast, the staff were very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me and answer my questions. “Excellent company. I had never heard of them. Google search for a Bambu A1 took me to them and I'm glad it did. Delivery was fast. The site said up to 48 hours. It was delivered next day. Packaging was solid. Despite a small tear in the box, probably done in the delivery van, everything inside was safe and undamaged. Postage was free - even Bambu Lab charge £20 for delivery. They provided some PDF's on how to assemble and get the machine going. I already have an A1, but for first time buyers it must be a big help. The machine was up and running within half an hour, and has been running perfectly ever since. I am a happy customer. If you give them a chance, I think you will be too.”
