“I wanted a 3D printer but had a couple of questions around delivery and warranty first. Additive-X replied within 30 minutes each time and after I ordered, got in touch to check that I'd read and understood that the item I'd ordered was not in stock but that I'd be added to the queue for next batch. They delivered the item about two weeks ahead of the estimated delivery date, via next day delivery. All in all, a very excellent experience. I'll use Additive-X for my printing needs!”

“Really impressed with the communication. Responded quickly to every email I sent, let me know current order status. I didn't know about them before I ordered my printer, so a little worried, but tbh, they've obviously got really good staff, so would use them again without doubt.”
