“Fantastic service from prepurchase advise to buying . Highly recommended to such a degree my friend who was a stornch follower of another make came and saw what I had printed in 3 days of ownership and placed his own order for the same H2D Engineering package. He is now up and running! Enjoying his new machine !”

“I am so glad I chose to order my Bambu Lab P2S Pro Combo from Additive-X. Their pre-sales advice was excellent, I was kept up to date on the progress of my order and my printer was delivered ahead of the expected delivery date. But Additive-X's professionalism and expert service didn't end there. After a few weeks my new printer started giving me problems and Additive-X's technical department were patient and excellent as they tried to help me resolve the issues. It took a while to sort everything out as Bambu Lab were slow to supply new parts but Additive-X were absolutely superb in how they dealt with the issue and my printer was soon restored to working perfectly. I cannot recommend Additive-X highly enough, their sales and technical support teams were fantastic and their perseverance and dedication to getting my printer working correctly and ensuring that I, the customer, was kept informed and happy was second to none. Thank you Additive-X”

“Excellent staff and they put a lot of care into their work. Usually I would buy from a manufacturer direct, but there are many benefits to purchasing from AdditiveX and I would now say it's better to go through this supplier: They work officially and very closely with Formlabs and many other printer manufacturers; all staff have a fine grained knowledge of the printers; any issues and they are able to troubleshoot in real time. Much appriciated, thank you for excellent advice and first class service!”

Hi Denis, Sorry you didnt find our website clear, all our Bambu filament descriptions say either "Refill" or "With Spool" If you haven't opened the filaments you can contact us and return them for replacements or a refund?

“Order my Bambu Lab H2C on the Monday Delivered Next day with no problems at all. Customer services was 10/10 and kept me informed and answered all questions asked with great Knowledge. Order some extra bits a few days later for the H2C and again very efficient. Can't give any less than 5 star from start to finish, Thanks”

“Excellent. Bought 3D printer for grandson. Went to Ripon to collect, it was lovely to go and see, ask questions etc. altogether a great experience. A very personal genuine business that support with after sales service too.”

“Disappointed - found you guys and I’ve been please with the service and stock availability. As I’ve spent a bit of money I asked via live chat if there were any promotions or discount codes. Was offered free delivery but I was getting that anyway due to order value but was told they don’t do discount codes I accepted it and looked through my order, at the payment part there was a section to apply discount code. So I question this again via live chat and asked, if they don’t do discounts why is that on the website. I was told it was an error and will be removed. Surprisingly it’s still there. If promotions and discounts are not an option, let people know and remove that option, if they are but you don’t want to offer, then simply justify your position.”

Hi Lee, sorry to disappoint you on the discount codes! The team are absolutely correct, we have only used it for what I would call a "voucher" code when a customer has returned something and wants a code to save money on their next purchase rather than a refund. I've asked the web team if the name can be changed because it is misleading, however one day we might start doing discount codes, just not right now!
