“Fantastic service! Out of stock everywhere, website said they were expecting stock that day so I rang and the lady I spoke to said once stock was counted and allocated to outstanding orders she would ring me straight back if they had one for me. And they did, within a few hours. Shipped an hour later. Absolutely fantastic service, cannot fault at all! Saved my Christmas”

“We ordered a 3d printer for our son for christmas, there was a dfelay in stock. But they team sorted it for a few days after order. Which we really appreciated. Next day once the order was back in place for delivery cannot thank them enough for their efforts.”

“Excellent service from additive x. They are my preferred supplier for machines and materials. Crucially they have a late cut off time for next day delivery, and offer a Saturday delivery option for orders placed on a Friday. They understand the business of rapid manufacturing and deliver parts and materials just as quickly. Customer service is all human, and brilliant. Thanks Additive X!”

“I ordered from Additive X after comparing prices with the official Bambu store and they were noticeably cheaper, which was a big win. Shipping was super fast and the order was dispatched really quickly. I did have a short delay with DPD, but Additive X had clearly warned about this on their website beforehand so I knew what to expect, which I really appreciated. Overall, brilliant service, great communication and excellent value. I will definitely be using Additive X again.”

“Hi, just a quick thank you. I purchased a Bambu Lab P2S around a month ago, and after reviewing the product online I chose Additive-X over Bambu as the supplier. Why? Real people at the end of the phone, premises local to me (about 50 miles away), great reviews, and stock actually available. The goods arrived earlier than expected—which is always good… unless you were planning for them to arrive on a day your other half was out! Fast-forward one month and, oh no, I’ve got a problem: an error I couldn’t clear and a blockage I couldn’t locate. One call to the tech guy, a 10-minute chat, some really helpful pointers, and a promise of further help if needed. Twenty minutes this evening and everything’s back to normal—printing just like it did on day one. This level of service is invaluable and exactly why we should support real businesses. Thank you, Additive-X.”
