“Disappointed - found you guys and I’ve been please with the service and stock availability. As I’ve spent a bit of money I asked via live chat if there were any promotions or discount codes. Was offered free delivery but I was getting that anyway due to order value but was told they don’t do discount codes I accepted it and looked through my order, at the payment part there was a section to apply discount code. So I question this again via live chat and asked, if they don’t do discounts why is that on the website. I was told it was an error and will be removed. Surprisingly it’s still there. If promotions and discounts are not an option, let people know and remove that option, if they are but you don’t want to offer, then simply justify your position.”

Hi Lee, sorry to disappoint you on the discount codes! The team are absolutely correct, we have only used it for what I would call a "voucher" code when a customer has returned something and wants a code to save money on their next purchase rather than a refund. I've asked the web team if the name can be changed because it is misleading, however one day we might start doing discount codes, just not right now!

“After 12 years in the 3D printing industry, I know that while many suppliers sell the same products at the same price, service is the true differentiator. Additive X is a cut above the rest. I had a very tight deadline due to holidays and needed a 'Live' solution. Through their excellent Live Chat, we analysed the logistics of my delivery—even looking at my street's geography—before deciding that local collection was my best bet. The process was seamless: easy parking, staff assistance with loading, and I was in and out in 8 minutes. The transaction was flawless from order to studio. Additive X is officially my go-to supplier, and I highly recommend them to anyone seeking a personal, professional buying experience.”

“Excellent service. Got in touch through live chat to check the Bambu lab P2s pro was in stock, once confirmed I ordered late Monday night and I received it Wednesday. I am really pleased with it and found it so easy to setup and use. Additive-X is definitely top of my list and will order more items from them if and when I need them.”
