“Firstly, I wouldn't normally do this at all; it's only because the entire purchase experience has been so easy, pleasant and efficient (in fact, a breath of fresh air) that I've made an exception! We're absolutely delighted with the frames we've bought and I'd like to make special mention of Marie Lewis, your Sales Manager. We completely overlooked the offer to upload a photo for each frame at the time of buying online. I emailed to ask if it might be possible to add these retrospectively and very quickly received a friendly email asking me to send the photos to be fitted. I did this and in the meantime received a message to say that the frames had been dispatched. I assumed I'd been too late in emailing the photos and the frames duly arrived without them. Today I received a separate package containing the three photographs - thank you so much for doing this! Best wishes to your team, Susan Susan Bennett”

“I appreciate that this time of year is busy, however, you would expect that given people are going to be buying gifts, for the team to be increased to help support with issues that come up. My framed photos arrived and were damaged, I am still waiting to hear from someone about this and how I can fix it. With only one week until Christmas, the countdown is on.”

I'm so sorry you haven't had a reply we have just looked at our records and we don't appear to have anything from you. We'll reach out via the email you provided with your last order to sort this out. We were actually hit by Storm Arwen and had no power for 5 days however we have managed to catch up and are back to speedy deliveries. Yours sincerely Sarah Ross

“Frames are nice and arrived beautifully boxed (for the most part - one box was smashed and not presentable). Photo printing however is of poor quality and website user experience is poor. One of my photos was printed upside down and I struggled to get the photo out to turn it (appeared that the frame body was broken when the photo was inserted originally wedging part of it practically unmoveable). Despite multiple emails to customer service there was no response except for an email to write a review. Poor experience overall for the price and will not purchase again as there are many sites that sell these kind of products.”
