“Bought two as a Christmas gift. They are really lovely and I’m certain my friend will love them. Always good quality. Slight issue with delivery - I was at home and received message saying they tried to deliver. However they delivered next day leaving package in my post box. Other than this - I’d have given 5 stars.”

“was very keen to buy british and love the look of Addison Ross photo frames of which i have bought several as presents. love th elook of the clock but disappointed hands re not illuminous / no snooze facilty, difficult to turn off and alarm is very loud. so now hoingtohav eto look for anoterh alarm clock to use as oppose to look at”

“Ive used addison ross loads of times for myself and for gifts. The service is great and the frame is lovely. Just quite disappointed this time, I chose the free printing option again but this time one of the photos was stretched out of proportion. I ended up still gifting it because otherwise it would have missed the birthday date but I had to reprint the photos and give them to the recipient later.”

“The narrow Addison Ross silver plated photo frames 6x4 and 5x7 are classic understated timeless elegance ... unfortunately they are made in China. I would actually pay a lot more to have the same items made in the UK. Please consider an alternative Made in Britain range.”

“Navy Small Lacquered Tray - is NOT 11 inches by 8 inches. It is 10 and a half inches by 8 inches. Just a bit too small for what I need it for. PLEASE amend your website. it is galling to spend £80 on a tray and for it to NOT be what was advertised!!! Plus mine has a black wooden underside. NOT a cream velvet underside. You need to get your product managers to put the website right!!”
