“The narrow Addison Ross silver plated photo frames 6x4 and 5x7 are classic understated timeless elegance ... unfortunately they are made in China. I would actually pay a lot more to have the same items made in the UK. Please consider an alternative Made in Britain range.”

“Navy Small Lacquered Tray - is NOT 11 inches by 8 inches. It is 10 and a half inches by 8 inches. Just a bit too small for what I need it for. PLEASE amend your website. it is galling to spend £80 on a tray and for it to NOT be what was advertised!!! Plus mine has a black wooden underside. NOT a cream velvet underside. You need to get your product managers to put the website right!!”

“I can’t fault the products… they are fantastic and I’m very pleased but I should say disappointed with delivery. I paid £9.95 for express delivery 1-3 days on a £200+ order last Thursday and and I did not get it delivered until Following Wednesday when I was unable to be at home to receive it. My husband picked it up the following day. Absolutely no way it was express and I would have had free delivery anyway and it would have taken similar time. I missed the deadline I needed to use as a gift anyway because it was late. Very unlike AR to be fair. I have bought loads and love the products.”

“The product is excellent and just as described. Very pleased. Delivery wasn't so great. Driver lobbed the package either over or through the seven-foot high security gate, ignoring the button marked for number 3 AND the one marked TRADE which would have released the gate. Fortunately, the package was so well and so securely wrapped that only the outer part of the package was 'bruised' and the contents remained in perfect condition.”

“Frame is beautiful, but was very dissapointed in what you describe as gift wrapping,i was expecting a nice Addison Ross embroidered ribbon on the box which is shown on your website but received a very boreing white ribbon which can hardly be called gift wrapping”
