“Unfortunately my pepper mill and salt mill colours did not match in colour. Usually the products from AR are superb especially photos and frames . This was unfortunate but their colour matching at factory should be better.”

“Can't fault the order process or the time to delivery but I ordered 2 and whilst the lacquer on one is perfect there are areas on the other where it's not quite perfect, cloudy in places and small areas where the box looks damaged but it's just the lacquer. The thought of returning it and all the hassle associated with that does not appeal and it isn't hugely noticeable but a shame all the same as it is a very nice box. Without that it would have been 5 stars”

“Had Large Scalloped Tray - thick Laquer , wipeable & perfect in everyway .So thought would buy Laquer Bin - so disappointing laquer thin & inside paint will need re painting after little use I think . I wanted to buy a matching Tissue box at the same time using Code but could not as no stock . I have for 20+ years enjoyed everything from AR but this not up to your usual high standard as gloss laquer so thin ? I perhaps just got a dodgy one ?”

“Last Christmas I was gifted a pepper mill. In March I noticed they would be releasing new colors, so I waited and I waited and I waited till August for those colors to drop. I ordered 4 additional mills to gift to friends. I just noticed my year old mill is rusting. I am sooo upset, it’s a matter of time before the component will rust all the way. Not to mention I have gifted these items to other people. I am very disappointed that an item so expensive is already deteriorating after a year. In total 6 mills were purchased - so very uncool. PLEASE DO BETTER ADDISON ROSS”

“Product good. Delivery service not so good. As I work full time I wasn’t home when Dpd made the delivery and they took it to the post office in Alcester. This was extremely inconvenient as I work in the opposite direction. I think you should advertise that the product cannot be left if you are out at work or you should give the option for a product to be left in a safe place.”

“I love the quality of the Bobbin Grinders I have (in many colors!); however, be warned the coloring is not consistent. Ordered two orange bobbin grinders - one is a fun, bright orange and one is a burnt orange … totally DIFFERENT shades of orange!! Very frustrating when ordering online and not being sure which color will arrive!!”

“Hi Glass in picture frame was completed shattered, parcel had been opened and was not delivered to door, but taken to local outlet, despite someone being in (we have ring cameras). I don't blame Addison Ross for this but DPD delivery who clearly had opened to see if parcel was high value.”

“I ordered a 8.5” Chambray Blue round scallop tray. When it arrived, it was not the same blue as the wastepaper basket (bin) I’d bought a year earlier. I emailed immediately and said it was the wrong color and the customer service lady - Lynne Temple - responded with “I am sorry about this but this is how the new stock came into us.” So why wouldn’t this be on the website so prospective buyers know it is a darker blue now? And yes, I can return it for credit, but I have to pay the return postage costs for Addison Ross’ mistake. And then I learn it has to be sent to England, even though the website is in dollars and measurements are in inches, so you wouldn’t guess there was no warehouse in America. I boxed it up exactly as it had been sent and went to the Post Office. The postage cost is $59! This tray was on sale so I payed $99.45, but it would cost me more than half that to return it . I even went to United Parcel Service but they would charge $233.48 to ship it! This is crazy. I realize it's not Addison Ross' fault that shipping is so high, but if there was a warning on their website that the color was now different, I wouldn't have purchased it. However, the company has now responded and solved the issue, so I am grateful for their very good customer service.”

We offer free next day delivery to US, but are still trying to get a robust returns policy in place.
