“I bought a pair of scalloped mirrors from Addison Ross for our new bathroom. They arrived quickly and look beautiful. However one of them has some scratch marks on them. Addison Ross responded quickly and organised a replacement. Super impressed with the service. Thank you”

“Item arrived very quickly. The item was very well packaged. I was a little apprehensive about buying the product as it certainly isn’t the cheapest frame, however, it is without a doubt the best quality frame I’ve seen. It’s very heavy and clearly good quality. I’ve bought so many frames over the last few years and they all break so easily. This one is definitely worth the money!”

“The customer service is great, the frame was shipped out very quickly, and their offer of putting in your photo is wonderful. So why 2 stars? Maybe this is me, but I was expecting a more 'substantial' frame. I thought I'd looked at it carefully, but somehow I missed the fact that the silver plated frames have the metal only in front. It does not wrap around to the side, so in effect, what you are getting is a velvet frame with the silver plate at the front border holding the glass in place.”

I contacted customer services and within 12 hours received an email saying no problem, “ just download the correct image , attach it to this email and we will do the rest “ All this at no extra charge.
