The customer service is great, the frame was shipped out very quickly, and their offer of putting in your photo is wonderful. So why 2 stars? Maybe this is me, but I was expecting a more 'substantial' frame. I thought I'd looked at it carefully, but somehow I missed the fact that the silver plated frames have the metal only in front. It does not wrap around to the side, so in effect, what you are getting is a velvet frame with the silver plate at the front border holding the glass in place.

Regarding our Bamboo Silver Plated Photo Frame, and all of our other silver plated frames in our range have a black velvet backing, this is mentioned on our website. Very disappointed. Photo quality in all is poor. Colour is too dark and in more than one photo the positioning is terrible - they’re chopped off the top of heads!! Won’t be using again.

The frames were lovely but the photos were poorly set into the frames with little thought to how they looked - very disappointing and will now have to be re-done.

hi, a beautiful product. aesthetically pleasing BUT i must say how surprised I was ar the tiny inside chamber that holds the salt, holds enough for a mouse still a beautiful product- I kept it !

Disappointing product. Ordered a £30 notebook expecting luxury quality but sadly it didn't meet my expectations and I've actually had far better quality cheaper notebooks. Turning the pages the quality is evident, the lines on the pages are very misaligned, spine of the book not glued or stitched so folds awkwardly, had a small black mark on the front on arrival which is actually a small tear in the leatherette so it can't be cleaned off and when held horizontally the book is bent and misshapen. Really sad as this was an expensive purchase for me. Have photos for this review but I can't find where to post them - a bit suspicious in itself!

Although the clocks look very nice there are very difficult to read the time and you can not see them at night - not a good clock for us

I like the style they represent but I am not satisfied with the quality and the user experience of the items. The scented candle promised orchards of Sicily but I can only notice a smell of something I would describe as soapy. Also, the overall appearance of the item does not justify the rather high price. The second item is a bedside clock. It should be silent but started ticking eventually a few months after the purchase. In my opinion it is also hard to read the time, as the clock's hands have a weak contrast to the background and to each other.

I'm so sorry you were not happy with your order, if you could email us with the order number we would be more than happy to refund your candle or send you an alternative fragrance. With regards to the clock, this sounds like you may have been mistakenly sent older stock without the silent sweep movement as it should definitely not start ticking audibly at any time, could I ask that you confirm if the hands are sweeping or in fact ticking around, very happy to send you a replacement. I had to order the second silver Photo frame, because the first ordered and paid for was NOT DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE. I had an Email saying *Delivered* And NO PARCEL.. I was so very disappointed. The Photo frames are great quity, but Delivery, Company chosen was Rubbish.

We find that DPD is very reliable most of the time but with as with all courier companies there is the very occasional incidence of an unreliable driver so we will be letting them know. I gave a two-star review earlier due to print quality and had a very speedy response asking me to send the images to try again - however the email address given in the response is a 'no reply' email so no use at all and the message also suggested the issue was with my image quality which is unlikely and frustrating as they are high-quality images bought direct from a professional photographer. I feel the swift reply was to mitigate my review rather than help me.

Speedy delivery, fairly-priced and reasonable quality frames but the quality of the 'free' prints appalling, terrible colour - they are so tinted and bleached am left chasing new prints to go in the frames jus t four days before Christmas..

I purchased 2 frames, and website says they’re packaged in individual boxes. The order was gift for 2 separate relatives but to one delivery address. However, the 2 frames came in one box only which was squashed and bashed. Now I have to find a box for the 2nd frame. Not happy. Feel let down.

Dear Vanessa Our frames all do come individually gift boxed and i can see that this was the case with your order, we do however then pack the order in one outer striped transit carton, this however is not the gift box. Frames are nice and arrived beautifully boxed (for the most part - one box was smashed and not presentable). Photo printing however is of poor quality and website user experience is poor. One of my photos was printed upside down and I struggled to get the photo out to turn it (appeared that the frame body was broken when the photo was inserted originally wedging part of it practically unmoveable). Despite multiple emails to customer service there was no response except for an email to write a review. Poor experience overall for the price and will not purchase again as there are many sites that sell these kind of products.

Really disappointed that I bought a travel frame and it allowed me to upload photos to be printed for it for free, but it arrived without them. Waste of time!

Frames are lovely but the print included was cropped and lost half the face of the person so had to order another two prints elsewhere

Lovely frames but the quality of the photos were really bad and had to buy alternative photos. Customer services seemed nice but couldn't solve the problem. So very expensive in the end and I wouldn't recommend

The silver frame I ordered was received okay but it didn't contain the photo I supplied which should have been mounted in it. Questioned with sales and waiting for a reply. Dissapointed customer.
