“This is the second time we have purchased from Addison Ross and we are delighted with the results. The quality of the frame is very evident and the ability to upload a photo and have it framed within is exellent. Addison Ross are our 'go to' Company and we highly recommend their products and the speed in which our orders have been delivered to us. Our orders have been beautifully packed, ensuring no damage occurred, which is appreciated, and we have received our goods within 2 days of ordering. Could not ask for more efficiency/quality.”

“We were extremely impressed with your service and the care of your staff! Our picture frame we ordered arrived broken here in Australia - I infomed your staff per e-mail and your staff member Veronica Darrie from Customer Service replied within hours and a replacement frame was already on the way by the time she responded! Her response was on Monday my PM and by Friday lunch time DHL delivered the replacement! This is a very imprressive service we have rarely experienced in these times! “Love my pepper and salt mills in Chambray and Cappocino. Lovely colours and quality. Look as good in real life as the online photos. I was missing a little salt knob that has got lost, but after an email ….a replacement was sent straight away. Great service. Quality products. Thank you!”
