“This is the second time we have purchased from Addison Ross and we are delighted with the results. The quality of the frame is very evident and the ability to upload a photo and have it framed within is exellent. Addison Ross are our 'go to' Company and we highly recommend their products and the speed in which our orders have been delivered to us. Our orders have been beautifully packed, ensuring no damage occurred, which is appreciated, and we have received our goods within 2 days of ordering. Could not ask for more efficiency/quality.”

“I was having difficulty finding a quality photo frame with a thin frame - i wanted the photo to be the focus, not the frame itself. Searched 'real' shops here in Sydney - quality poor and the more expensive frames were more frame than photo! So I searched the internet and found this - a plus was that by sending my photo digitally Addison Ross fitted it perfectly into the frame. But I stupidly didn't realised the store was in the UK until I went to place the order. Thought it may take weeks to receive it. But no, arrived within a week, airfreighted from London with tracking supplied, and carefully and beautifully wrapped and boxed. Sure, shipping was a tad more expensive than a domestic purchase, but the result is that I now have a beautiful, quality product and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!”

“I have been quietly coveting these salt/pepper mills for some time but couldn't decide between 2 or 3 colours so never ordered. I ended up giving it a suggestion as a Christmas present and leaving the colour to fate. When that didn't happen I made use of a discount and bought it myself! I am so pleased I did, they are well made and easy to use. Ordering from the website was easy and it arrived well packaged in lovely packaging. I would certainly recommend.”

My daughter was over for Christmas from Australia and was amazed when a delivery came of a beautiful frame complete with a multi-generational picture and a beautiful printed gift card just 2 days after we had all been out together. “The customer service extended to me recently by Addison Ross was exemplary. I ordered an expensive photo frame, but did not realise that they would print and fit my photos for me. I tried to amend my order very quickly to include my photos, but their service is so immediate that the frame was already in transit. However, Addison Ross' customer department offered to print the photos to the correct size and courier them to me separately at no extra charge. I found this an excellent response and was more than happy.”
