“I ordered two of these frames - one in white and the other in one of the blue shades. They came very quickly. They are beautiful frames and I will enjoy them. The white frame had a little chip or ding in the enamel so I emailed Addison Ross. They replaced the frame for me and it arrived quickly too. Very good customer service!”

“I was having difficulty finding a quality photo frame with a thin frame - i wanted the photo to be the focus, not the frame itself. Searched 'real' shops here in Sydney - quality poor and the more expensive frames were more frame than photo! So I searched the internet and found this - a plus was that by sending my photo digitally Addison Ross fitted it perfectly into the frame. But I stupidly didn't realised the store was in the UK until I went to place the order. Thought it may take weeks to receive it. But no, arrived within a week, airfreighted from London with tracking supplied, and carefully and beautifully wrapped and boxed. Sure, shipping was a tad more expensive than a domestic purchase, but the result is that I now have a beautiful, quality product and exactly what I wanted. Thank you!”

“I have been quietly coveting these salt/pepper mills for some time but couldn't decide between 2 or 3 colours so never ordered. I ended up giving it a suggestion as a Christmas present and leaving the colour to fate. When that didn't happen I made use of a discount and bought it myself! I am so pleased I did, they are well made and easy to use. Ordering from the website was easy and it arrived well packaged in lovely packaging. I would certainly recommend.”
