“Sorry to say but we have not used our voucher as yet but hopefully will be doing soon...but the help I received online about how to use it was very helpful so thank you once again....”

“This was brought for a Christmas present for myself and its been amazing, Had no issues, loads of places to book from, had everything we needed for our 2 night stay, perfect hotel actually looking to go back to the same hotel in the Christmas period, Thanks”

“Not many options for our activity. 2 nights away with afternoon tea. The tea had to be booked at a separate location. While eating the tea we were asked to pay for it as our voucher code had already been used to check in at the hotel. No way of speaking to anyone at Activity Superstore. I tried and the hotel giving us the tea tried. Only got an automated phone message directing you to the website whichever option you selected. Useless!”

To properly allocate your voucher, we had to split it into two separate experiences. Once we became aware of this, we promptly provided you with two voucher numbers- one for your Two Night Getaway and another for your Afternoon Tea. “Customer services were very prompt and efficient in responding to queries, however, the web site was misleading. My voucher was a Mother's Day present from my daughter which I had to pay £20 to extend. I completely understood this but when I tried to book the activity closest to me in Cheshire ( the Segway experience) it seemed to be only available from Monday-Thursday. On the web site I couldn't 'click' on any midweek dates to book (despite apparent availability) and was informed that a 'weekend' selection would incur a further £20 (£10 pp). Weekends were the only option - and it just came across as another 'money grabbing' scenario. The actual experience and day itself however was great fun!”
