“I was finding it very difficult to find book 2 for clarinet. But you had a copy and delivered it to me very promptly. Unfortunately it wasn't CD version which is what I really wanted, but the download version. I didn't realise you could only download it once. I downloaded it to the wrong device and now I can't download again. So I have had a lot of problems and disappointment, but this wasn't your fault.”
