“Your service was entirely satisfactory. The music sheets were securely packaged and they arrived on schedule. I must say it is great to know there is a company which caters for the customer who wants a straightforward old fashioned service! And is not bombarded with unwanted emails. “This is a beautiful looking violin, with a good sound too. It was purchased as a gift so I didnt play on it too much before packaging back up, but I think it was well worth the price (Ackerman were the cheapest provider I could find at the time of purchase too). The free setup is also a great feature. The violin arrived with the strings on, bridge attached and almost perfectly in tune 100% will return to Ackerman in the future - i am currently considering purchasing a Conservatoire for myself! Oh, also delivery was via DHL. I purchased the violin on a Friday and it was delivered to me on the Monday, which i was very happy with.”
