“Clear website. Fast delivery. Cheapest on line for my item. The thumb rest has allowed me to play clarinet for the first time in 15 years. Brilliant item. Perhaps additional instructions on fitting could be included in order to help prevent mistakes when fitting to clarinet body as the maker's instructions don't include the addition of double sided carpet tape or detailed instructions on drilling extra holes if needed.”

“Ackerman Music website was easy to navigate and find/choose manuscript refill pads, Ackerman has a good price on that item and cheap delivery charge, arrived well packaged and on time. Thank you! The photos on the website do not show enough detail of the pad to make an informed purchasing decision (4-ring punched or not) - although this is just a re-posting of the manufacturers info, slightly lazy of Ackerman not to publish their own images of the item for sale.”

“Excellent customer service of a proper music shop - knowledgeable and helpful team of actual people, in actual shops - no AI!! They have a superb and vast stock of sheet music, instruments and accessories; they post out extremely quickly. Their prices are very competitive, and only charge £1 p&p on music books. I have been using Ackerman Mudic for many years - I can highly recommend them.”
