“Very helpful phone conversation (I don't live anywhere near the shop). As a result I ordered on line, from the warehouse, a Yanigasawa Tenor Sax which arrived the next morning! Excellent service and the, admittedly new, sax played perfectly. Only down side is that they are over 200 miles from where I live!”

“I’ve just started learning Weissenborn guitar which necessitated the purchase of finger picks. There are lots of different ones but the ProPiks that Ackerman stock are a brilliant, comfortable design and they arrived very quickly after I ordered them. I’m looking forward to buying more stuff from Ackerman in the future.”
