“There was an issue with an item I had ordered-Ackerman Music rang me to discuss and when I agreed to an alternative they refunded the difference. Was really impressed by their service, particularly as they rang after 5pm when their office hours had finished in order to achieve a quick resolution. Will be ordering from them again!”
