“I like the service and VFM available from Ackerman Music. Regarding the product. Clarinet reeds are of course a matter of personal preserence. I am currently doing a head to head comparison of Rue 56, V12 and V21 3-strength reads. I don't really like Rue 56's. V12s and V21s aee different from each other. I'll have to complete testing the whole boxes of 10 to get a clear result.”

“Not good they sent smaller size valve oil bottle but charged for larger size I complained and I think they refunded the difference”

Hi Nigel, Apologies for this, the standard bottles were out of stock when you ordered so we sent a bottle that normally comes with the Yamaha brass instruments rather than making you wait. We hadn't realised these can be slightly smaller than normal. Apologies again for the mix up.
