It’s so delicate and elegant but still feels meaningful, like a tiny golden reminder that she’s loved. “Lovely jewellery but due to "systems errors" wrong product was senr, then replacement items but delivered by courier. Took ten days to resolve mainly so slow due to "company policy" being that they refuse to phone you to discuss when things go wrong. Also must point out (as stated by another reviewer) unfortunately the engraving is extremely small, you need a magnifying glass to read it.”
