“One of may who ordered with “guaranteed” Christmas delivery and still waiting for my parcel to be delivered almost a week later, communication has been poor to non existent regarding the when/if the item is going to actually be delivered, only to receive an email stating the item could well be lost, which I have seen many people have also been told so I’m assuming is a ploy to pass the buck on DPD for the terrible service provided by Abbott Lyon.. and to finally have the audacity to send an email asking “how did we do” which also says “we’re so glad you’re loving your jewellery” is an absolute disgrace considering I am yet to actually receive the jewellery. If I could mark lower I would, will for sure be the last time I use Abbott Lyon.”

“Shocking experience, ordered gift as a Christmas present, despite being told that the production time is 12-15 days, meaning my order would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately this did not happen and I am still awaiting delivery of my order. Customer services explained they could produce a replacement order but it would not be delivered until March 2026, a full 3 months after my original order date, and much longer than the standard lead time, for a replacement order!!!! Shocking & completely unacceptable, would not ever recommend.”

“Purchased many items over the past year. I have recently purchased a necklace and during quality check did not meet the standard. I was updated if this and that the delivery would run late, due to this I received a gift card to order something additional for the Christmas holidays to ensure I had something in time. Wonderful customer service. I have been updated every step of the way and completely understand why my original purchase was running late due to them wanting it to be perfect. The jewellery I have received is perfect quality. I could not recommend this company enough and will be continuing to purchase.”

“I made a purchase on the 1st December for a personalised item. The estimated latest delivery was originally predicted on 19th December. A couple of days before this date, I still hadn’t received my item and queried the delivery to then be told it would be the 23rd. Im disappointed as the item then arrived on 23rd December and it was too late for me to post for a Christmas present. I appreciate longer production times but I was never updated with any delays.”

I have been told for a month that my order was coming and it never arrived, offered store credit that will come in time for Christmas- never arrived. This company seems to take your money and thats it. Absolutely disgusting.”

“Very disappointed. I placed an order on December 9, 2026. The website said it would be delivered before Christmas. It’s is now December 29 and no delivery date. I sent an inquiry and the response said it was held up in customs and I would get a notification to pay tariffs. To date I haven’t received anything. A second inquiry has not been answered after several days. I’m giving it another week. If I don’t hear back I will be disputing the charges.”

“Not sure about quality of necklace Because upon delivery it was required that I pay 79.86 to delivery driver for terrifs. I was not made aware of this until I received an email from said delivery company the day before delivery telling me I needed to pay this upon delivery…..I declined the delivery because I wasn’t about to pay another 80 bucks for the 120.00 necklace I purchased for my daughter’s Christmas present! I’m mad that Abbott Lyon didn’t disclose this to me. Very disappointing…..”
