“Stunning jewellery for my wedding day. I was so pleased with my gold watch and bracelets they made such a great combination, everyone complimented me on them. I also bought two size bangles to try for choice and there was no issue at all returning the M/L bangle, got a full refund. I was do happy with my jewellery and customer service I also purchased another two bangles as gifts. Will definitely be buying more jewellery from Abbott Lyon again such good quality items and great customer service.”

“Purchased hoop earrings in gold and silver, they were very uncomfortable On first wearing I actually had to take them out as they felt like they were pulling my earlobes down. The look of them was amazing so I discarded the packaging. An expensive mistake because I won't wear them again.”

“I ordered a Floating Birthstone Locket Necklace (Silver) – Fine Chain / 18–20 in and a Floating Birthstone Charm (Silver) – February. Unfortunately, the charm didn’t fit in the locket. I contacted customer service, and they apologised and sent another charm. It arrived quickly, but again it didn’t fit. I contacted customer service once more; they apologised again and arranged for another charm to be sent out, this time asking the supplier to make sure it would fit. It arrived within a couple of days, and thankfully, the charm fitted perfectly. It’s a beautiful necklace that I bought for my friend’s birthday. The customer service team — especially the second person I chatted with online — resolved my issue and was incredibly helpful throughout.”

“My watch arrived punctually. It actually comes with a 5 year guarantee and not 2 as stated on my order form which is wonderful. The watch is beautiful even nicer than in the pictures. So delicate and I think such good value for money. It can be dressed up or down too. Just so elegant. I would rate Abbott Lyon very highly as an online company and will buy again from them.”
