“I had a problem with the pin coming out of the watch, so that it kept falling off. Luckily I was at home when this happened, but I wouldn't wear it when going out, as I could have easily lost it permanently. I reach out to AL, to ask them to if they had a permanent solution for this, and mainly to alert them to the fault. They asked for photos, which I sent, then got an amazing offer of a credit note, to replace the watch or buy whatever I wanted to the value of the watch when originally bought. Also, that I didn't need to return the faulty one. I thought this was really generous and unexpected. I can only praise the efficiency of the person dealing with this problem. The speed in which they replied to my email and the speedy resolution. I would have no qualms about recommending this company for their quality and efficiency.”

“This is a fantastic company, I can’t praise them enough. The team are wonderful and so helpful. I had a little issue with my last order and it was resolved within 5 minutes. I wouldn’t use any other company to get custom jewellery as you don’t excellent service like you do here.
