“I have several pieces of jewellery made by Abbott Lyon. I'm really impressed with the quality, especially the personalised ones. It would be even better if the rings are available in larger sizes as there are some that I wanted but only small sizes were available”

“Wear mine everyday and don’t take them off for swimming or showers etc. doesn’t tarnish and stays gorgeous. Can be worn on first piercing or second. I always get compliments on it.”

“Bracelet ordered in May. Delivery date keeps getting put back. No communication from customer service with regards this . Communication very lacking. Asked to be sent a different Bracelet and they won't do that.”

“I ordered the letter K in Didot font, when it arrived I was very disappointed in the way the letter was engraved, the top part of the K was very faint and it was difficult to see what the letter was meant to be. Just wanted to let others know to make an informed choice. I have ordered two different letters in this font and they have been fine it’s just this one that’s the problem.”

“This review is for the product rather than customer service which was adequate (I was given store credit). I ordered a tree of life necklace with four stones, two were entirely clear and not visible at all against the gold. They were lighter colours (peridot and aquamarine) but I don’t think that’s an excuse - you could not even tell them apart from each other! Very cheeky to send that through as a necklace considering the price was over £130. I would avoid in future.”
