“Brought a name necklace and within 5 weeks 2 of the colours fell of the letter charms, I was given a voucher but then was not allowed to use the 2for1 offer with my gift voucher when I chose something else! Customer service wasn't very caring”

“Love the jewellery but the customer service was terrible, my item was delayed by a few weeks and the customer service team were extremely unhelpful, copy and paste responses were given every time, was told they would respond within 48 hours twice but neither time happened. Offered 10% refund as compensation which never happened. Although the jewellery was lovely when it finally arrived I will not order again!”
