“Love the jewellery but the customer service was terrible, my item was delayed by a few weeks and the customer service team were extremely unhelpful, copy and paste responses were given every time, was told they would respond within 48 hours twice but neither time happened. Offered 10% refund as compensation which never happened. Although the jewellery was lovely when it finally arrived I will not order again!”

“I absolutely adore my Moon and Back ring, my only recommendation/quarm would be to change where the sizing is placed on the engraving as it is directly next to the engraving on the ring itself so it looks as if it’s referencing a persons initials. I do adore the style though and cannot wait to wear this and eventually create a hand stack of them.”

“One of my pearls from my earrings had come away. Abbott Lyon swiftly investigated the issue, providing timely responses and resolved my issue within the same day of raising it. I was provided with credit to re purchase the item - which is more than I expected - I just wanted a pearl to fix it - and I was not required to post the item back. Very grateful of their 5 star service.”
