“Paid for next day delivery on items costing £250. 5 working days later, still not received and extremely dissatisfied. I will not be purchasing from Abbott Lyon again.”

“Extremely poor customer service, poor communication, poor customer care of purchasing products through having items missing from orders, and still nothing is resolved. Horrendous service. AVOID I will be raising the payment transaction with my bank and a dispute process will be followed and hopefully action to resolve my issues and concerns, I have raised.”

“I have purchased a few items from Abbott Lyon over the last few years as gifts for my daughters and they have loved their gifts. I purchased a necklace for Christmas for one of my daughters, she found the clasp to be slightly faulty, leaving a gap so not quite secure. I contacted Abbott Lyon by email during the weekend after Christmas, I received a response within 24 hours which I wasn’t expecting so soon due to the time of year. All responses to my issue were prompt and courteous, I had to send a picture and video as evidence which I felt was appropriate and with a few more details re order details etc, I received an email with a code to use to order a new necklace to replace. This has now arrived and my daughter is over th e moon she can now wear her matching jewelry set. Best customer service response in relation to speed of resolution. Really pleased, thank you ☺️ cannot fault the service and quality of the products.”
