“I have purchased the Abbott Lyon’s moon and back bangle and earrings, I absolutely love them both. The quality is amazing, and the sparkle. I’ve had loads of lovely compliments.”

“Absolutely beautiful love lock pendant its so pretty, quite weighty. And looks like real gold, its gorgeous, ive had so many comments, where did I buy it. And I have a photo of my lovely dog inside. Even the green birthstone looks like a real emerald. Stunning. Thank you Abbott lyon.”

“I am beyond disappointed with this company and their so-called “customer service.” I ordered a name necklace for €109 and what followed was nothing short of a frustrating, costly ordeal. The first necklace arrived faulty, and I was forced to pay €16 out of my own pocket just to return it — something no customer should have to do when the product is defective. When the replacement arrived, unbelievably, it was faulty *again*. At that point, any reasonable company would take full responsibility and issue a complete refund. Instead, I was offered either a partial refund or a credit note that didn’t even match what I originally paid. To make matters worse, they could not guarantee that a third replacement wouldn’t also be faulty — which says everything about their quality control. In the end, I’ve been left with a necklace that spells the wrong name, and I’m out around €60 for the privilege. Offering me just €62 back after all of this is frankly insulting. This experience has been a complete waste of time and money. Poor product quality, worse customer service, and zero accountability. I would strongly advise anyone considering ordering from this company to think twice.”

“Purchased a lovely set of earrings and a matching pendant as a gift from my husband for Christmas gone. I’ve had a few pieces of jewellery from them in the past and all have been lovely and I enjoy wearing them and have never had any problems, but sadly recently a stone came out of one of the latest earrings and was lost I was so upset as I loved them. I contacted A. L. explained the situation and forwarded onto them pictures and order details for them to look into it. I had a lovely quick response from them very apologetic and very helpful….they offered me a credit voucher for the full amount so as I could order the same pair or a different pair to the same value! Of course I ordered the same pair again as they are gorgeous, and they had them packed up and sent out to me straight away….couldn’t have asked for better service! Thankyou once again. I will still continue to purchase from A. L. in the future and would definitely recommend them to others.”
