“I am extremely disappointed as I have received someone else's personalised jewellery, have replied to a Abbott Lyon email today and had no response. My order should have been here for Christmas (the email said it was being delivered today 33/12/25) and there has been nothing!!”

“I was put in touch with your company by my daughter and have not looked back. I ordered chains for my grandaughters for Xmas. The response was very quick and along the journey from start to finish I was contacted by email. They arrived when said and the gift bags that I bought for them were perfect. Thankyou.”

“I made an order on the 28th November, it’s now the 23rd December and it’s still not arrived, which is my daughters Christmas present, which I’ll have to explain to her now that it didn’t arrive. I emailed a few times, to be told delivery takes 2-4 days even though mine has taken 25 days. I shall never order from you again. You shouldn’t offer personalised items if you can’t do it in time for Christmas.”
