“Abbott Lyon have always previously had good quality service, however on this occasion I did not receive this. I was sent the wrong product! This led to my distress and worry over timing and whether I would receive a correct replacement. I thankfully had received the replacement, but was very tight on timing. However this could have been avoided if the correct product was sent initially.”

“After placing my order mid November and repeated delays with little to no updates, my order finally arrived. I can honestly say that I have lost all confidence in Abbott Lyon. My order did not arrive in time for my daughter’s birthday and then I spent the whole of December worrying that my order would not arrive in time for Christmas either. This resulted in me having to buy additional gifts just incase. This has caused an incredible amount of unnecessary stress. A/L should have never promised Guaranteed Christmas delivery to customers when they were already struggling to fulfil orders placed in November. The repeated promotional emails promising guaranteed Christmas delivery just added insult to injury. I had intended to place an order for my daughters birthday in January but after this experience I won’t be placing any more orders, which is a shame because the jewellery is quite nice.”
