“Necklace was good for price. But it was a shame about the packaging. The packaging was open and could have been stolen or lost in transit. It's lucky that my courier is honest as am I. We both could have said it was missing. The inner seal and outer box was torn open. And was loose inside. I think if it wasn't a named Necklace it probably would have gone missing”

“I ordered a watch but didn't receive it all I got was a chain that I did not order. Can't get anyone to solve the problem, I would like my money back. I was told to send the watch back for a refund, but since I didn't get said watch unable to return. Not happy at all.”

“We received the personalised necklace for my daughter and it's beautiful (yes I did do a quick peak before wrapping it up for her for Christmas) I just wanted to say I was soo impressed with the quality and also for the email updates on the process. This really kept me informed and felt like a nice personal touch to my order. I really appreciated all the AL team getting it delivered to us in time for Christmas. I cant wait to see my daughters reaction on Christmas Day.”

It should have been here between 9-11 December and despite multiple emails and chatbot conversations where you say a response will be with me in 24 hours, nothing!!! Please respond!!!!”

The quality is amazing especially the robin pendant necklace which got custom made, you can see every little detail was handled with care. So affordable, I love it!”

“Quite cheekily got asked to write a review! Haven’t received my order…..keep getting AI generated emails when I complain. My order was left outside my door(it was a bracelet)on the floor in very high winds. They keep saying the gps coordinates say it’s been delivered to my address. No it’s been chucked on the floor and probably blown away in the wind. I’ve had to buy a replacement gift so I’m out of pocket and not received a refund. Can’t speak to a human. The most dreadful customer service ever. I’m wondering if the company is a scam.”
