“The bangle I ordered for my daughter is lovely but the bangle constantly unclips. She now won’t wear it with a fear of losing it. I will be contacting customer service re the clip quality.”

“I ordered a personalised item on the last day for Christmas delivery and it arrived in time as promised. However I was so disappointed when I opened it..the silver is so dull, just looks grey or like it needs a good clean. There was no sparkle about it at all! So disappointed, really don’t like the item at all, despite it looking beautiful on the website. Had trouble ordering it too…the system kept crashing and losing the order. Wish I’d not bothered.”

“Received items one was broken, contacted them straight away on the online chat which said it had been passed on for additional support........days later still nothing. This was a gift for a family member who stays in Australia. Couldn't give it to them broken, but very disappointed that they still haven't been in touch. Should have read more reviews before ordering.”

“The jewellery I have received is beautiful and great quality and would have given 5* However I had a custom made bracelet that was needed for my nans funeral. It was late and when they finally delivered it, it was to a "neighbour" still waiting on a reply from Abbott and DPD as the neighbour it stated has not received it and was not home! (Bearing in mind we was at home) I also need to send a gift back but again still waiting on a reply, so although the jewellery is beautiful the customer service so far hasn't been the best! Its a shame!”

“I absolutely adore my personalized bangle, having a rare name means I missed out as a little girl in the 90s and now have an adult need to have things with my name on them!! I got it in a small size and it fits perfectly which is also rare, usually I find bangles too baggy for my wrist. Beautifully crafted and I’ve had lots of compliments on it.”
