“Confusing to order and get personalised gift box. Directions state 'add a personalised message to the back of your box'. Order arrived, message on the lid of the gift bix. Not easy to find sizes of gift boxes, so I assumed this would be sized depending on your order. It wasn't. Also not easy or smooth to ask questions about any of these issues before placing order. Beware and cautious. I was caught out and disappointed. Customer services responded to my complaint (after my order arrived) offering to send me a link to gift box sizes. Why isn't it obvious at the ordering stage? Would help to have a preview of how your order will look before paying, so that any tweaks can be sorted at that point.”

“Order on November 12 as a Christmas gift with expected date of delivery between December 12 to 18 Email received November 30 saying in final preparation. Further emails saying delays in delivery. Finally received order on December 23. That’s 41 days after order. The bangle was too small so emailed regarding returning. Received a response saying I couldn’t return as it was over 30 days since purchase. You took 41 days to deliver so this is a disgusting policy.”

“I ordered an engraved locket for my pocket early in December and was consistently advised via email when I chased it that it was being dispatched, I eventually complained on 23rd December as still no confirmation it was out for delivery and it was dispatched that evening, I finally received it at 4pm Christmas Eve a lot of stress and constantly being told it was going to be dispatched it arrived and had not been engraved at all, very disappointing as a first time customer”
