“Total Let Down!! Ordered on 27th November specifically for Christmas, and was reassured multiple times that the parcel would arrive in time. Right up to Christmas Eve I was still being told it was on its way, but the courier confirmed they never actually received the parcel at all. I waited in all day on Christmas Eve for a delivery that simply wasn’t coming, and I felt misled by the ongoing updates suggesting it was still due. The item was a Christmas gift and by that point it was too late to replace it. When a parcel never reaches the courier, there should be a straightforward process to resolve it. Instead, it took several emails and a lot of effort on my part before a full refund was agreed.”

“Still waiting on my order and being completely ignored by customer service. I placed my order at the end of November with guaranteed Christmas delivery. My order has still not been dispatched and after multiple emails and complaints via email I have received no communication as to where my order is!!! These were Christmas presents for my family that have not been received and the company have received my money!! Do not order anything from them!!”
