“I ordered a Lockett necklace with two photos inside in November…..It was delayed, only got it on the 24th December, as a result I had to give a late present. Furthermore the locket was damaged on the top left, a dent, & was extremely disappointed with the small size. I had reluctantly given the locket to my mother in law, as the locket was so small, I don’t think the mother in laws eyes noticed. Nevertheless, not acceptable, sadly I don’t think I’ll be recommending or buying from Abbot Lyon again.”

“Overall very disappointing. Christmas gift purchased well in advance but issues occurred with the delivery. I had to reach out as was not made aware of the issue. Communication and the ability to get a response was slow. Gift ended up being late after Christmas due to poor communication and customer service.”

“The service i received was dreadful and I will not be ordering from this company again! I spent a large sum of money on products and they took 6 weeks to arrive and I could not get an answer off any member of staff. Extremely disappointed :(”

“I will never buy from Abbott Lyon again. I ordered on 8th Dec and was guaranteed it would arrive before Christmas. On 21st still no order so emailed and was still promised it would arrive before Christmas. It arrived 27th, too late for my 2 granddaughters presents. Had to buy them something else. No apology given. I was out of pocket. Do not buy from them.”

“The product looked good quality, and the idea was a good one. After chasing a late delivery, we were told that it had 'been lost in transit', and a replacement could be ordered, but with no guarantee of Christmas delivery (despite a separate marketing email guranteeing Christmas delivery). Repeated attempts to track it were met with platitudes, and no concrete idea of where the package was, or when/if it would be delivered at all. Twice, the courier had said that they were waiting for it, but AL could not trace it. The package did arrive in the nick of time, but the net resut of this is that AL's customer and communication services were woeful, and we will not use them again.”

“The product was amazing BUT I ordered this on the 5th Dec hopeing it would arrive before Christmas as it was a present and was told it was going to arrive before Christmas first was told the 11th-15th then was told it was coming definitely on the 23rd of December waiting all day on the for this to arrive for them to tell me it been held up in there warehouse and it will now be delivered on the 29th. So if you do order something off here order with in good time.”

“Purchased as a gift for Christmas for my girlfriend. Was assured it would arrive in time. I asked 3 times and was promised it would be with me. Didn't arrive until 3 days after. Blamed the delivery company. Wasn't their fault as they hadn't sent them the item. Also, due to a fault they didn't include the personalised message asked for either. If it wasn't going to arrive before xmas I wouldn't have bothered, and when I thought it wasnt going to arrive and wanted a refund I was gaslit into believing it would. Very poor and won't use again.”
