“I ordered 2 necklaces and loved them, however, I broke one within 5-minutes of having it on. I emailed Abbott Lyon, whose response was very quick after sending photos they immediately said I could have a voucher for the cost of the necklace and I was able to chose another one which I am thrilled with. There customer service was excellent and the jewellery is lovely, I have had lots of positive comments when I have worn them. I would highly recommend their jewellery, especially if you are looking to give a personalised gift.”

“I’m am giving it 3 stars as I love the jewellery but I have a issue with one of the items and customer service is shocking as I’m still waiting a week for a reply and you can’t get hold of anyone apart from on email so it is really questionable if I would but again for that”

“Customer service was very good, although at the beginning there was a lot of backwards and forwards because I couldn't access the return label. It took quite a few days for one to be sent, at which point I had already sent the item back which cost me over £10. This was because I had alerted Klarna and only had so many days to return the item. However despite this, latterly the communication was excellent and everything sorted out.”

“When I was ordering my items I made contact to check if I needed to order a gift box, I was told that all items were provided in gift box. I ordered 4 items, two are in gift boxes the other two are in sleeves, one of which is heavily marked and could not be given as a gift. I co races the chat facility today and asked if I could have two boxes, they said I had to pay £12 each for them or return items for a refund? Is this really the case? Terrible if yes, I am very dissappointed”

We’re very sorry for the confusion and disappointment here, Tracy! All items are packaged in branded envelopes or boxes, but our gift boxes are separate items and need to be purchased if required. We completely understand how frustrating this situation must have been and appreciate your feedback.
