“The customer service is excellent. Unfortunately tho I have been sent the wrong piece of jewellery 3 times now. Still waiting on new piece with correct engraving to arrive. I’m sure it’s not a reflection on how they operate normally but to make same mistake 3 times despite crystal clear emails from myself does seem strange. Beautiful jewellery though when it’s right.”

“I love Abbott Lyon jewellery so though I would buy a piece for my best friend who was leaving for Australia as a keep sake. The bracelet was gorgeous my only issue was I paid for next day delivery, stayed in to receive the parcel and DPD the courier said they could not deliver as I wasn’t in they put a photo on that was nowhere near my house. No joy with DPD or Abbott Lyon in getting the £5.99 back I paid for next day delivery can only talk to chatbots.”

“I was originally told delivery would take six weeks. After I contacted them to explain that a friend’s husband had sadly passed away and asked if an earlier delivery was possible, they kindly brought the date forward. Their compassion and excellent customer service meant so much during a difficult time. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend them.”
