“I ordered a bracelet for my wife - as there was a nice free shipping offer and also a free birthstone. Sadly when the bracelet arrived it wasn't as described, the site said the bracelet was 6 to 7.5inches but in fact it was less than 7 inches - and therefore not sold as described. I raised a customer support ticket explaining this with photos and was asked to return the items (including the tree stone). After I returned the items I was told I had lost £2.99 to a postage fee - and had to agrue my case despite the bracelet not being as described - eventually they gave me a full refund as store credit, if I wanted cash I would loose a further £4. This is all despite the fact that I originally just asked for a straight replacement of either a correctly sized bracelet or the size up. I therefore had to reorder myself with the store credit but by this time the free birthstone was no longer offered and the free postage had ended - so it cost me an additional £4 to get the replacement sent over. In the end we have a bracelet that finally fits, but it is not almost a month after her birthday and the whole process left a very bad taste. The customer service reps we had didn't seem tk care that the product was not as described and I felt they were penny pinching at every step. This is not our first purchase here, but it is certainly our last.”

“I've bought a few things now as gifts. The quality of the items is amazing. Really lovely pieces that are lovingly made. The only reason I havent given them a 5 star review is the packaging let's them down. The boxes are and the upgraded packaging is beautifully crafted and speaks of quality but every item I have purchased has come in a little envelope within the box no cushion to display the item which makes it feel a bit cheap. The box sizes are such that I haven't been able to buy a display cushion separately to fit the box. I would highly recommend but just wish the packaging was as spectacular as the jewellery.”

“Products are lovely but I am still waiting for 2 items ordered end of November early December! So not the lovely Christmas presents I wanted to give as Christmas has been and gone! So really really disappointed, Also you pay extra for all the packaging as you want it to look incredible then you have to construct it all yourself. One of my personalised extras was also cancelled refunded fine but again disappointment! I assume they took on to many orders and just could not keep up with demand.”

“- ordered a men’s22cm bracelet on 18th Nov. With arrival between 9-12th Dec. - on 18th Dec I had heard nothing so e-mailed. I received an apology and it arrived on 20th. - The bracelet is not what I ordered- it’s not 22cm and is too small to comfortably fit an adult male. - on 20th, I e-mailed customer services with a photo. They responded asking for more photos from various angles with the tape measure. This was an inconvenience, but I responded immediately with a range of photos showing it was not 22cm. I still wanted to receive the larger bracelet as it was a Christmas gift, but received no response by e-mail. - I e mailed again on 22nd. No response. - on 27th I received an e-mail asking for photos. I have already sent a range of photos! I sent them again. No response. - I was unable to use this as a Christmas gift and it is useless to me. I have now asked twice for a returns label and a refund. No response. -This level of customer service is shocking.”

“I’ve been wearing the Abbott Lyon Monroe Oval Watch (Gold) for a while now and honestly, it makes me so happy every time I put it on. The design is so elegant and timeless, it instantly elevates even the simplest outfit. The gold tone looks really luxe in real life, not brassy at all, and the oval face feels very chic and feminine. “Looking for a present for a lady friend, a difficult endeavour, but with some "subtle" questioning I settled on a bracelet. Searching the web for a silver tennis bracelet I came across a few possibilities, one of which was from Abbot Lyon and it seemed the most similarto one I had envisaged bo I bit the bullet and ordered + gift wrapprd. Delivery was nail biting as it came a day earlier than expected and of corse I was out and the parcel was left outside of my front porch in full view of the road ( informed of delivery on my mobile complete with photo), I couldn't believe any one could be so naive, Luckily it was still there when I got home ( faith in human nature somewhat restored ). when the time came to present the gift I was a bit worried as I had yet to see the said item as it was gift wrapped and I didn't wish to spoil that, but it was excellent, my friends eyes lit up and the absolute delight showed on her face. It turned out to be a great choice, thank you Abbot Lyon, can and will recommend you as well as be "my go to" retailer.”
