“Ordered a personalised bracelet which had all the initials of our 7 childrens names on it. The first one arrived with a letter missing, I offered to return so they could ammend but no they insisted on sending a new replacement. That arrived all initials there but the toggle on one side was loose and it wouldnt stay tight round my wrist so fell off again they are sending out a replacement FOC - The bracelet and the jewellery are very pretty and different and the customer service is fantastic!”

“Beautiful piece of jewellery and is very eye catching. The only thing I would have liked is for it to have been a little longer. It just about fits and for anyone with a larger neck it would not fit them. I think the an option for a larger size should be offered for future customers.”

“Bought this bracelet bundle for my Daughters Xmas present. It is absolutely beautiful. Just a comment regarding the size of the figaro bracelet, it is extremely small fitting. Luckily for me my daughter is very slim and has small wrists otherwise if it had been for me I would have had to return it. Hence the 4 star review”

“Love the bracelet I also have the necklace x Only downside would have like the necklace to be a little longer and also I only have a small wrist bracelet fits lovely but difficult to fasten x Wouk’s recommend though love them both xx. Suggestion for an extender instead of the chain would have been nice for the option of an oblong extender like the chain design xx”
