“I purchased a necklace with my initial engraved on a heart. I was disappointed with the colour. I had expected silver but really it’s more of a grey steel sort of colour. I was sorry I hadn’t ordered the gold. The quality, however, was good & very nicely packaged. The letter A on the heart was barely visible though. I will order again & hope next time I will be as thrilled as most of the other reviews.”

“I purchased a necklace from Abbott Lyon in December which unfortunately, in all honesty, wasn't up to the standard I'd hoped. However, the customer service I've received since in resolving this issue from a lady named Ella has been nothing short of fantastic. She was so honest, polite & helpful it was a pleasure dealing with her! So yeah, to summarise, not so great on the manufacturing side of things but props to the recruitment team on getting Ella on board! :D”
