Very good quality jewellery, but then that was expected for the price paid. Lovely packaging and customer service prompt to reply too. I bought a personalised bracelet for my daughters 21st birthday. Unfortunately I didn't realise it would take three weeks for delivery. It was the first present I ordered and last to arrive, at least a week after her birthday which was disappointing.

Item arrived. Late for the birthday sp had to save for another event. With all the ‘bigging up’ of receiving updates and length of time from order i was expecting sonething special. Bracelet arrived but just normal nothing special and if im honest i cant even tell what the name is. So if someone dosnt know my granddaughters name they certainly won't have a clue what the name is meant to say.

Bought as a gift for my granddaughter along with initial and birthstone. Little disappointed with the chain, smaller and flimsier than expected (looks better in the model) especially considering the price even with a discounted voucher. Overall a pretty piece and I love the personalised gift bag

It took a while for my order to arrive but within the stated delivery time. Very pleased with the quality of my bracelet, it has a good weight to it which I didn't expect. Possibility a little too much packaging, leaflet etc, box in a box but I will be ordering more. My new addiction! :-)

I purchased a personalised necklace and bracelet as a Christmas gift for myself which I love apart from the birth stone charm which should be diamond for the month of April. Unfortunately as it is set in a heart with a solid back it looks like a citron instead of a diamond as I chose yellow gold for my jewellery which is very disappointing and that is why I only gave 4 stars

I purchased 3 of the personalised bracelets for my bridesmaids. Unfortunately One of my bridesmaids said hers had snapped for no fault of her own. I contacted Abbot Lyon and they were fantastic, I had to send some photos of the item and someone came back to me straight away and offered me a replacement. My Bridesmaid is over the moon now she has her new bracelet. Thank you

Normally excellent service with great looking products at excellent value for money. However my most recent order has not arrived due to royal mail strikes. Ordered on 29th November. Whilst this is not the fault of Abbott Lyon perhaps using this service was a mistake and they should look alternative couriers

Stone fell off after a week of wearing this but I am waiting for a replacement after I emailed

I received my piece of jewellery the other day and it's so beautiful but the chain is way to small it don't even fit around my neck 😫 I have emailed but haven't received a response yet.

Good quality heavy chain but I would have preferred it to have been a lighter colour - it’s quite a “yellow” gold. It won’t stop me wearing it though although I find the clasp quite fiddly (probably my age!). If you could make it more like the colour of 9ct I’d definitely buy another!

Beautiful jewellery, comes in a lovely box and is presented nice. Only thing I would say is it only comes in one size and it’s slightly tight on my wrist with minimal movement. Think extra sizing should be added.
