“Whilst the fine chain and little heart necklace I bought are both pretty and seem ok quality, I would say they are both very overpriced for what they are. The fine chain is so so thin and the heart necklace is tiny, the hearts get lost unless looking at it up close. The box was nice but the card they came on felt very basic high street and didn't feel lux or special at all. At almost £50 per necklace/chain I expected much much more. They are pretty, but they are no better than much cheaper high street and I wouldn't buy another piece.”

“I love the initial gold necklace and birth stone. I ordered the perfect length and wear it most days. The gold bracelet is lovely too, super light but too big for my wrist so if you order this, bear that in mind.”

“I previously bought two sets of earrings for Mother’s Day. Paid for express delivery a week before to ensure they would arrive. Unfortunately they did not arrive. After communications back and forth 2 weeks later they finally sent replacements. Which were delivered promptly. Overall am happy with products”

“My parcel arrived early , however I had to put it together myself which was quite fiddly , I ordered the necklace with initials and birthstones . It was a present for my sister in law from her 2 small children so they wouldn’t have been able to put it together themselves . Also arrived in a plain cardboard box which was a bit underwhelming . Sorry for the negative feedback just a bit of a faf when it cost £100 .”

“Loved my necklace I received from you, but was disappointed with having to place the birth stones inside necklace, which was very awkward to do , first I couldn't get the lid off the tubs to get the stones out, which resulted in me losing one of the stones which shot out the tub once I managed to get open, and one of the stones seemed too big and is now lodged in sideways in the heart pendant, so you can't see the colour of the stones, very disappointed, has I have ordered many times from you, and have always been very happy with products and service I have received from you”
