“Voucher wasn’t working and order hasn’t come in after 10 days!”

“I’m returning my recent order. The products are lovely but they are sometimes very small in size. Not all your customers are a size 10! (And I don’t have large wrists)”

“I recently bought two bangles as a gift l, unfortunately i had to return these as they where extremely small made and did not fit her wrists. Just such a shame there is no options to select sizes as even an 9 year old struggled to fit it on her wrist. I can not fault the customer service side as they where helpful on giving me the information need to return these items.”

“Lovely bangle, however I have small wrist and it’s very snug.. I think they could be made a little bigger as this wouldn’t fit on the average wrist! An extra centimeter would have been perfect”

“The watch was perfect; just as it appeared on the website. The bag on the other hand was such a disappointment. I was very much looking forward to it, as it looked beautiful online. Much to my disappointment, when I opened the packaging, the quality and look was nothing like what it appeared on the website and the rose gold wasn't the most pleasant looking. It really was such a let down.”

“I think the bag is beautiful and I love it and I don't regret ordering it, but only because I got a 30% sale. The gold on the handles already chipped off at some points, and the bag was still in the package. Also the velvet already rips open at the seam. I think for the normal price you would pay for these bags, the quality is way too low. Only because I saved some money I think the price and quality was acceptable.”

“Absolutely love my handbag product is good although keep an eye out on lettering as mine looked a bit smudged. Love my watch which I've brought previously. Other than that I don't like how most things online and also on Instagram is one racial group modelling the products. There is no Black, Asain or mixed type races. Doesn't make it easy to make a decision on buying certain colours or styles especially on watches, everything is to cliche. The Abbott Lyon "look" seems a bit racist to me. Also when it comes to personalised watches on Instagram there is only about 2 post which show what "already brought" personalised straps on watches look like.”

“I loved my watch, the only thing is the strap wears out really quick but have had a replacement sent out but also have a small chip on the screen, unsure how as I haven't dropped it or anything but was told nothing could be done only had it a few months.”

“It took the watches more than 3 weeks to arrive. Although my order was confirmed at first, when I doublechecked, customer support informed me that it didn't go through. If I hadn't asked, then maybe I'd still be waiting for them. Now as I finally have them, I'm quite satisfied with the style and quality. It is to say that the straps are quite short, so they may not be suitable for everybody's wrist.”

“The bags I had purchased were advertised differently on Instagram (with a leather strap) I received both items with a chain. I spoke to an assistant via chat and they apologised after checking with their manager and offered 10% discount. Also the stitching on one of the bags wasn’t straight and had loose stitching.”

“I have a few bags from Abbot Lyon which I love however, my recent bag arrived faulty. I contacted customer services via Twitter. They contacted me back promptly and advised me to return the bag for an exchange. I have done so and I am awaiting the exchange. It is annoying that I had to spend my time sending the item back. There should be more thorough checks in place to ensure that the items are not sent faulty to the customers.”

“Bought this for a birthday gift for an aunty who has everything & although I do like it & it’s a gorgeous colour & the personalisation is nice I do feel it’s over priced for a pvc clutch bag , I was also expecting the packaging to be better than it was , it was just placed in the box & sent like that. I’m unsure as to whether I’d buy again maybe if there was a sale on & I could purchase at a more realistic price.”

“The products I purchased were excellent, very happy. The purchase was a Mother’s Day gift, so I chose the gift wrap option. I was very disappointed with this, the gift bag was dirty and creased and definitely didn’t show off the beautiful watches inside. Couldn’t use it, so a waste of £5.”

“Overall i love everything abbott lyon. But disappointed as had to return my orders as they did not come out as expected. The watch face is too big does not fit. Also the ava half moon clutch was perfect for me in black with rose gold but just too small cannot fit anything in, would have been perfect if i would atleast put my phone in. I hope abbott lyon take out same or similar styles bags/clutch but a little bigger. And also black faced watch with rose gold but a little smaller maybe in the Kensington 30 section. Thanks, hope to see new items i can actually keep soon!”
