“Presentation of item (wrapping and box) was lovely, but bag had a very strong plastic smell which lingered. Felt it was expensive.”

“Livraison rapide, jolie boite de présentation, la matière de ma pochette est très bien mais en revanche, je l’ai fais personnaliser avec des initiales, et je trouve que celles-ci s’effacent très vite rien qu’en passant légèrement le doigt dessus... Je pense que les lettres ne vont pas rester « collées » longtemps. Je suis assez déçue car c’est surtout pour la personnalisation de la pochette que j’ai voulu acheter”

“Watch I ordered arrived broken When I asked for replacement they didn't have any more of the watch I had bought so had to pick a different one even though I didn't really want it and when I finally receive it disappointed to find the clasp is very temperamental closes sometimes hangs open sometimes So fed up with whole transaction couldn't be bothered to even complain but it has put me off what was my favourite brand of Watch”

“I would give a 5/5 for the watch it is lovely! However, I rated a 3 for the personalised engraving which really should be a 2. I can hardly see or notice my intituals which is very poor. The writing is extremely faint and a waste of money as you can’t recognise any engraving has been done. Disappointed with the result.”

“The product is lovely to look at. Although it's been leaving black Mark's on my wife in the same place on occasions. When we sent a email the reply was stating it could be a product that she uses? Why is it not in more than one place is my though.”

Hi Michael Thanks for your feedback, and sorry to hear about the issues with your watch. Sometimes jewellery can react with lotions and potions on the skin to cause discoloration of the skin and even sometimes the product itself. Try eliminating any moisturisers, perfumes etc to see if the marking stops...be sure to let us know how you get on! Thanks

“The bag is really, good size and very pretty colour. Slightly disappointing that the personalised letters are a little smudged but it’s a Christmas present which I wouldn’t have time to return/change. I got the bag in the Black Friday sale with a discount code, when I logged in to track my order the standard price of the bag was cheaper than the price shown over Black Friday, so feels a little bit misleading as I would’ve happily paid the original price without discount, rather than a higher price just to get a “deal””

“Delivery came very quickly, 3 items were packed neatly. One of them very jeans - care label was attached with safety pin and was smelly, no Polly bag, just a tissue paper. Return label was very time consuming to fill - delivery note wasn't pre-printed so I had to fill everything manually twice - on the return label and while creating a Royal mail label manually. But their bracelets are beautiful - recommend. Lots of space to improve guys :)”
