Waited so long for this necklace to arrive, it’s gorgeous but I am beyond disappointed to say it didn’t fit. I could just to say get it on the loosest fastening but it was like a choker. What an expensive waste. Tried to reach out to the company to see if there is anything I can buy to add some length to the chain but no response. Such a shame because it’s a lovely piece.

The bracelet is lovely but took a very long time to arrive due to the wrong item being sent. The team member dealing with this was very good and reordered the correct item for me. This arrived however it didn’t come with the gift bag I also paid for.

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces with images & videos in real-life settings, with little to no editing. As your ring has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

They are a really helpful customer service team. I understand that the personalised products take a bit longer to process and make but the delivery took nearly a month...

Overall not too bad, wasn't giving the option of faster deliveries and the 2-4 day delivery window was abit off. The watch is fab, however the figaro bracelet and birthstone letter and charm can be improved. Lovely looking bracelet however found it to be tight and difficult to put on, an extra link or two would have been great also having the choice to connect the charms to any other link would be good and not just the fastener. The letter E that I got with my bracelet feels cheap and bends out of shape very easily had to take it off as it can break easily. The birthstone charm is lovely.

I’d love to give a review but have still not received my necklaces which were ordered on the 12th October…nine days ago! I do understand it’s the fault of Royal Mail but this happened on my last delivery too back in July when I paid extra for express delivery, and again it didn’t arrive until several days later. I wish you’d use an alternative delivery company as I would be very reluctant to purchase from you again…such a shame as your jewellery is lovely!

I exchanged my original purchase. Customer service was very slow. I had to chase my exchange & then chase my refund. Took almost 3 weeks to achieve a satisfactory end. Very disappointing service.

Brought bracelet for daughters birthday she is very happy with it, unfortunately it was delivered a day late, thought ordering it a couple of weeks before would be enough time but wasn’t maybe I didn’t read the timings correctly but daughter very happy with it.

I can see that your order was placed on September 25th which was a Sunday, so it was processed the following day - as our bespoke pieces take 12-15 days to be made, we would estimate that your order would be ready by October 10th, when it would then be dispatched on a Standard Delivery service (3-5 working days). It's great to see that your piece was ready much sooner & shipped on October 6th, arriving on the 10th :) I apologise for any confusion caused & we're delighted to hear that your daughter loved her bracelet! ✨
