Unfortunately our delivery times to countries outside the UK are estimated times as when a parcel arrives in it's destination country it can sometimes be held up in customs. “Slightly disappointed with the quality of the bag, the handle has several marks on and the embossing in my opinion is not very well done. Having said that, the bag itself is lovely and the colour is beautiful.”

“Lovely watch delivered quickly. Very disappointed that after waiting approximately 5 weeks for the watch to come back in stock Abbot Lyon had increased the price by £20. Even more disappointed to learn after ordering that it could have been purchased on a partner site for the original price of £99. Even with the discount code offered by Abbot Lyon I could have paid less on this partner site. This is the only reason I haven't given 5 stars”

“My girlfriend liked the look of the watch however it took a full day of trying to work out how to adjust the strap of the watch after the small guide on the strap fell off. We had to drive into our local town to get a watch dealer to show us how to adjust the strap and guide the guide back on the strap, even he was puzzled. But we eventually got it adjusted. We nearly ended up returning it in frustration.”

“well i haven’t had my replacement order yet i sent my other watch back cause it had a chip in the strap but not received the other one yet and i sent it back the 2nd august”

“I liked the watch the quality was great but I got it personalised for a friend. Her name wasn’t written in the middle of the band. There was too much space at the front of her name. Which I’m disappointment about. It is a gift for a friend which doesn’t look good at all.”

“5 Star Service! I had difficulty ordering and within the hour all enquiries were resolved! Only reason for the low rating is that I have very small wrists so adjusting the strap to fit me left the mesh chain doubling up where as it would look much better if it were to be cut to size to fit.”

“Loved the watch, however I paid for next day delivery and it came 3 days later, this said, when I wrote a complaint it was dealt with very well, I received a full refund for P&P and apology which I was happy about! It was just disappointing as I had ordered it for a special occasion and it didn’t arrive in time so my girlfriend missed out on her surprise.”

“I like the look of the watch although the strap got dirty and stained almost immediately within the second time of me wearing it. I though because it was leather it would be better quality but I guess I picked the wrong color”
