“Necklaces are very small and no extenders”

“It’s a lovely bracelet but the style of how it tightens is a little flaw in my personal opinion, (maybe I have a dodgy one) if it catches on anything, even rubbing against my clothing it loosens and falls off! I’m a bit scared to wear it incase I lose it, unfortunately it isn’t allowed to be returned or swapped for another item as it’s personalised.”

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces with images & videos in real-life settings, with little to no editing. As your necklace has been custom-made for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

“Good customer service response on whatsapp. Necklace Took ages to arrive but I hadn’t read the details about delivery properly so my bad. It is a cute personalised necklace but a very orange gold colour. If I had seen the colour in person I wouldn’t have bought it.”

“I ordered a curb chain with a foil L for my wife’s birthday, it arrived nicely wrapped and so I decided not to open it. My wife has now opened it and I received a completely different chain. Really disappointed as it is too late to send it back.”

“Overall I’ve seen better quality around for similar price necklaces/chain, I like the design of the birthsphere necklace and the letter “A” even though it’s a bit too “big” for my taste. Not sure if I would buy it again, but happy to have it for some occasions.”
