I really love my watch and all Abbott Lyon items but I have been so disappointed with the straps. I am on my third strap since last Christmas. I can’t fault the service as I had a new strap sent to me free of charge the first time, the second time it had a discount. The third strap was still not the best quality but I really didn’t want to complain again, the catch was loose and the first day I wore it, it fell off three times. My partner has since adjusted it for me but I really feel that it shouldn’t be necessary. I really do love my rose gold watch and a lot of other designs and bags but I have been put off purchasing any more from Abbott Lyon 😔

I love Abbott Lyon and always purchase gifts for myself and family here. But I am sad to say I’m a little disappointed with my sisters birthday present for her 30th. Then bangle itself is lovely however the engraving is so faint you can hardly see it. Which is a little disappointing as we went for this particular bracelet for the engraving.

I purchased a watch and when I received it the clasp would not click in I then had to return the watch to be repaired

There seems to be a problem with the clasp...it won’t secure properly and I can’t adjust it. Please advise ASAP

I have not yet received my item and it has been almost 2 weeks. Delivery was supposed to be 2-3 working days

I was very disappointed when my mirror watch arrived and was already tarnished/missing part of the rose gold overlay on the side of the watch.

Sadly had to send back my little luxe rose gold bracelet as the chain broke after 2 days wear. Sent it back to an exchange in hope that I will have more luck with this one as the bracelet is very nice. The watch is great though!

Product was good. Been over a month since I placed my order and still have not received the whole order. Customer service was good, they got back to me quickly but did not tell me they would have to back order after it was lost therefore still waiting so missed being able to give it to a friend for their birthday. Very disappointed as I love the products, the rest makes me scared to order again.

I ordered the Kensington 40 black leather watch. When it came, I was very disappointed with the straps. They were more grey than black, very stiff and felt like sued. This was my first purchase and I'm not sure I'll be buying a watch online again.

Don’t get me wrong, the products are beautiful, but they are also apparently for people with no wrist bones!! Absolutely TINY. I’m returning them.

I purchased my first watch from here about 6 months ago, which then broke. So I had to pay to send it back and finally got a fixed watch returned. I then purchased another two watches on the buy one get one free deal and yet again, a watch was delivered broken. It’s also difficult to get replies from the company and there have been many emails where I’ve never received a reply.

Great watch and product, but got double charged through Amazon pay and Abbot Lyon. Abbot Lyon customer services were pointless, still waiting for a refund 2 weeks on. Very disappointing.........

I previously had a Abbott Lyon watch it had been bought for me as a present I had it about 2 and a half years and the catch started to just open on its self so I only wore it on special occasions when I went away I took it with me as I did love the watch but I lost it as it came of my wrist I was devastated as I loved it and like I say it had been a present I then bought another one the exact same kensington silver chain 40 watch when it arrived and I tried to wear it the same thing it wouldn’t close the casp I tried everything I am gutted as I do love the watches but it has stopped me from purchasing another one as I’m worried the same thing will happen I don’t like to complain and like I said I had my other watch for 2 and a bit years before anything went wrong but the same thing has happened on both with the clasp. I am currently waiting for a refund from the one I have sent back thank you.
