“There seems to be a problem with the clasp...it won’t secure properly and I can’t adjust it. Please advise ASAP”

“Sadly had to send back my little luxe rose gold bracelet as the chain broke after 2 days wear. Sent it back to an exchange in hope that I will have more luck with this one as the bracelet is very nice. The watch is great though!”

“Product was good. Been over a month since I placed my order and still have not received the whole order. Customer service was good, they got back to me quickly but did not tell me they would have to back order after it was lost therefore still waiting so missed being able to give it to a friend for their birthday. “I purchased my first watch from here about 6 months ago, which then broke. So I had to pay to send it back and finally got a fixed watch returned. I then purchased another two watches on the buy one get one free deal and yet again, a watch was delivered broken. It’s also difficult to get replies from the company and there have been many emails where I’ve never received a reply.”

“I previously had a Abbott Lyon watch it had been bought for me as a present I had it about 2 and a half years and the catch started to just open on its self so I only wore it on special occasions when I went away I took it with me as I did love the watch but I lost it as it came of my wrist I was devastated as I loved it and like I say it had been a present I then bought another one the exact same kensington silver chain 40 watch when it arrived and I tried to wear it the same thing it wouldn’t close the casp I tried everything I am gutted as I do love the watches but it has stopped me from purchasing another one as I’m worried the same thing will happen I don’t like to complain and like I said I had my other watch for 2 and a bit years before anything went wrong but the same thing has happened on both with the clasp. I am currently waiting for a refund from the one I have sent back thank you.”

“Order a gift for my girlfriends Birthday present, and it still hasn't come after 2 weeks. I understand this may be due to posting services, however the tracking says it has been fulfilled yet I am yet to see my parcel, slightly worried it may not even come down.
