“I did not receive my order after ordering it on black Friday. I did not get any updates as to where my order was. The tracking number does not work. USPS advised that it could not be delivered and that i had to arrange an alternative delivery with them”

“You tried to deliver to me, unfortunately my paypal had given you very limited details for my address. Fair enough the item had to be returned. This was well over a week ago and i have contacted you on a number of occasions to track the parcel location as i have not been given a royal mail number - you have advised you cant track your end until you receive the item back. Im still waiting for the item location and for you to update me - as a consumer its worrying as you have taken the money and well over 10 days later no one can locate the item. Please get in touch with asap - I would never order again direct from you due to the uncertainty and the lack of communication keeping me up to date. In fact i dont want the item now due to the distress.”

“Only had my watch for 2 months before I had to buy new batteries, which I’ve never know with any watch I’ve ever had. Then the lettering on the face of the watch fell off and got caught under one of the hands, meaning it got stuck. I returned the watch, however annoyingly you didn’t sell mine anymore so I had to pick a different watch - which I did however this then left me with a spare strap (purchased alongside my original) that didn’t look right with the new one. New watch arrived, seems to me as though the clasp is faulty, not to mention the date part of the watch was also stuck at 26. Lost all faith in the brand unfortunately, looks lovely but that’s about it. However I must say that the customer service was brilliant, hence the only 2 stars I can give!!”

“Really disappointed, the bracelet is tiny! I couldn't even get it on my wrist. I wouldn't say I have particularly big wrists! I thought I had purchased extra small however it looks like they are all one size. Not sure why it comes up so small. Never had a problem buying a standard size bracelet before. I sent an email to your help/customer service a desk few days ago however I am still awaiting a response.”

“Over the moon on the look of the watch until I discover ... you need a tool to move the clasp in which my watch did not come with one but advertise to come with every watch. When I emailed requesting one Abbott Lyon said "we ran out of them that is why your watch did not come with one (that was in August, I still don't have it). Rest assure, a mini SCREW DRIVER will do the job"! A short while after, the date on the watch was always wrong. Of course I would change it back to the right date but the next day it would somehow be behind again? what's the point in a watch that also tells you date if you have to amend it everyday? This watch is suppose to be waterproof, my watch is holding some sort of condensation! Overall not happy with this product.”

Hey Chloe! I can get you a tool sent immediately, shoot us a message and mention you spoke to James. In relation to the date, you simply need to change the watch by 12 hours. IE, if it's 1PM, change it all the way around. It's simply that it's a 12 hour face and it changes once every 24 hours :) Thanks!
