“Designwise, the watches are nice, but unfortunately the quality is low and I would expect something better for the price of it. Having said that the return and refund was without any fuss (although still waiting for the bank transfer to complete). Next time I will look for a branded watch, even if it cost a bit more.”

“My first watch tarnished within a month, sold out of that one. Second came with Abbott Lyon spelt incorrectly. Having to communicate with customer service is hard as not one person specifically deals with your problem. Wouldnt purpose from Abbott Lyon again.”

“I ordered a watch from here and it took 4 attempts to be sent the correct personalised bar. It was late and arrived after Christmas. It was the only gift I got from my parents and it was wrong and then didn’t arrive on time”

“I really like my watch however it is a leather watch which is already going very dirty. I asked for leather but it’s almost suede so it’s already picking up a lot of dirt.”

“I loved my watch and bangle from Abbott Lyon. My order arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. The quality was really good and the bangle was very sturdy. However, sadly I had to return both the watch and bangle (at my own expense) due to the sizing of the products. I had to adjust the watch to fit so much that the face was not in line with the clasp. Also, I was unable to get the bangle on as it was so tiny! I would even go as far as to say the bangle was child size. Im just an average sized female; not overweight, don’t have big wrists so you can understand my disappointment. I had treated myself with cash given for my 40th birthday in December. I wanted a watch as a special reminder of my birthday but sadly I had to return it (and have still to replace). I’m sorry my review is not positive but I did love the watch and bangle when they arrived. Perhaps in the future you might be able to offer realistically sized products for normal sized people as I would love to shop with you again.”

“When you are adjusting the size of the watch strap, some of the metal parts are so weak that they bend really easily. The watch now has a slight bend in the part that holds the strap together. I'm worried that one day it might come lose and I loose the watch. Very disappointing, I wouldn't buy one again.”

“I didn’t receive my parcel. Apparently a wrong address was written on my order and it couldn’t be delivered. So it’s been sent back to you by the mail service. I needed it for an important occasion. I think I deserve a compensation. Cos of the delay in receiving the parcel.”

“I did not receive my order after ordering it on black Friday. I did not get any updates as to where my order was. The tracking number does not work. USPS advised that it could not be delivered and that i had to arrange an alternative delivery with them”

“You tried to deliver to me, unfortunately my paypal had given you very limited details for my address. Fair enough the item had to be returned. This was well over a week ago and i have contacted you on a number of occasions to track the parcel location as i have not been given a royal mail number - you have advised you cant track your end until you receive the item back. Im still waiting for the item location and for you to update me - as a consumer its worrying as you have taken the money and well over 10 days later no one can locate the item. Please get in touch with asap - I would never order again direct from you due to the uncertainty and the lack of communication keeping me up to date. In fact i dont want the item now due to the distress.”

“Only had my watch for 2 months before I had to buy new batteries, which I’ve never know with any watch I’ve ever had. Then the lettering on the face of the watch fell off and got caught under one of the hands, meaning it got stuck. I returned the watch, however annoyingly you didn’t sell mine anymore so I had to pick a different watch - which I did however this then left me with a spare strap (purchased alongside my original) that didn’t look right with the new one. New watch arrived, seems to me as though the clasp is faulty, not to mention the date part of the watch was also stuck at 26. Lost all faith in the brand unfortunately, looks lovely but that’s about it. However I must say that the customer service was brilliant, hence the only 2 stars I can give!!”
